It is good headphones... when it works. I would have it attempting to pair with other devices, the audio quality degrades randomly. I had several disconnects. IT is advertised to go quite a distance, but I can't even go 10 feet before it starts breaking up. I want to love these, I really do, but so far its only okay quality. There is something special here, for those who have a fully working pair I am pretty jealous of it. There are great qualities here for making a great Bluetooth headphone (battery life, magnetic power, etc). However, it's just a blueprint I feel. it needs to improve quite a bit to actually be the best out right nowEdit as of 2/10/18Customer service reached out to me and were very helpful. They sent out a new one to me and maintained a great line of communication with me. I just received the new pair today so I will put it through the works this week and update the review once more to reflect it. Right now my score is based on the quality of the replacement and the customer service.

For the first week or two after I got them, I couldn't figure out how to turn them on or off once I'd turned them off... I think.Just now, using the questions section, I found out that putting them together... Turns them off.And pulling them apart... Turns them on.Which explains why I couldn't find the power button.There's a bit of difficulty with them staying in my ears, mainly due to my hair. I'm not especially fond of the design for holding it in your ear. I prefer my other set that focuses on holding the inside of your ear with the bud.But they also aren't water resistant.Did you know you can also listen with them being plugged in? Yeah. You can.

Update: EXCELLENT customer service! After reading my review, they are sending me a replacement! Very few companies take time to read reviews and offer to fix issues. Very happy with customer service!.Original: I like these headphones but not the durability. My daughter broke these after having for less than a week. She hates earbuds but these have different adaptors so we chose to use the plastic over the ear attachments. They got caught in her hair and broke the earpiece speaker off. I bought 2 pairs and the other seems to be holding up for me but I've only used a couple of times.

I got these for my son to use during my daughter therapy appointments 4 days a week. He charges them ay night and they last several hours during day. They sound good and he can hear his shows over the 20 screaming toddlers not wanting to do therapy in the gym.

Need some practice but I got the earpiece fit just about right. Putting it on for a long run to see how it feels. Initial impression of the sound quality is ok. The bass is really strong, however lacking clarity and unbalanced compare to mid and high. I dialed it down quite a bit on my phone and it sounds a lot better, will try on couple different type of music to see how it works out.Pairing is easy, range is not the greatest but most people probably keep the source close enough. It also blocks the outside sound quite well which could be good or bad depending on where/what you are doing. Overall is a great initial impression and let's see how the battery holds up.

My husband loves these. Really easy to use and wear. Charging is easy and the quality is just as good as the high end ones. He actually prefers these to his Bose ones. He says these don't hurt his ears after a few hours. Going to order a second pair as back up!

The audio keeps cutting out. They also don’t shut off unless the magnetic is put together. No on/off button. They work. But I am disappointed in the audio not being reliable

These headphones are great. Great for work when I move around so much no tangling with a cord. Kind of awkward feeling in the ears until you get used to it but they fit and stay secure. Sound quality is great. Have yet to submerge underwater tho but I dont plan on swimming with these only bought waterproof incase it rains..so I hope it holds up. 9/10!!!
