I Really Like This Juicer, But It Does Have A Few Negatives
I use this press for lemons. I have only used it three times, but I make 2.5 gallons of sugar free lemonade at a time, so I've squeezed a lot of lemons. Things I Like: 1. The handle is short and spins about one full turn before contacting the lemons, then about another 1/4 to 1/2 turn more to squeeze the juice. I can also get a lot of pressure on the lemons while squeezing. I have actually pressed seeds through the strainer. I also get a lot and I mean a lot of pulp, so if you don't like a lot of pulp, you're going to have to strain the juice. 2.I like that the strainer has a flat top instead of coming to a point, so the lemons sit on the strainer without sliding off. 3. The pressure cup will unscrew from the shaft for cleaning. 4. Very good coating. 5. The drip cup is a nice touch and works well, but I almost never need to use it. When my container is full of lemon juice, I take the funnel and strainer out of the base, slip my hand under the funnel and dump all of the collected pulp and seeds in the trash, so no drips. Things That Could Be Better: 1. They claim that it has a non-slip base, but the feet are not a tacky rubber. They seem to be plastic and the press slides all over the counter. True, it doesn't tip, but it does slip and slide. I fixed this by using clamps (See Picture). 2. The strainer has notches that line up with detents in the funnel that keep the strainer from coming out of the funnel in case a suction occurs between the funnel, the lemon and the pressure cup. However, for some reason there is nothing to keep the funnel locked into the funnel base, so although the strainer won't come out of the funnel, both the strainer and funnel will be pulled out of the funnel base if a suction occurs. 3. The strainer, funnel and outside of the pressure cup have a nice shiny protective chrome coating, but for some reason, the inside of the pressure cup is left uncoated. I have started putting a light film of crisco the inside of the pressure cup after washing it to protect it and make it easier to clean. 4. There is a cap in the side of the frame that when removed will let you see where the gear meshes with the teeth in the shaft. When I first removed that cap, there were a lot of coarse metal shavings that had not been cleaned out of the gear teeth after machining and then packed with grease. Either that, or the grease they use is full of metal shavings. I feel like most of the negatives are minor that can be overcome, but shouldn't have to be. The base should come with non-skid feet like they claim. They should come up with a way to lock the funnel into the funnel base. The inside of the pressure cup should be chromed when they do the outside. They shouldn't ship with metal shavings in the gears. In spite of these nit picks, I'm still very happy with it and recommend it and I think the design and how well it works earn it five stars. Edit: 1-9-18. In case anyone wonders, the two pictures in the middle are of the inside of the pressure cup with a thin film of crisco on it before using it and then after pressing 26 lemons. Sorry a couple of the pictures came out side ways, but they were right side up when I added them. Second Edit: 1-9-18. After re-reading the description, it says that the funnel, strainer and cone (Pressure Cup) are stainless steel, so I may be wrong about them being chromed. I may try getting out my Dremel and polishing the inside of the Pressure Cup. I'll add another comment if it works.

Poor Pour
The lower "otput nozel at the base of the cup is ill-fitted, forcing you to remove the cup and pour it, in order to get all of the juice.

and it does a good job of squeezing the juice out of oranges and ...
It definitely does not tilt (I returned one that did), and it does a good job of squeezing the juice out of oranges and grapefruit. And the finish is way nicer than the kind that is painted on. I only wish it didn't slide all over my granite countertops during the squeezing process, as you do need to exert a bit of pressure to get all the juice out. I need to hold it down with one hand, the same way I did when I tried the other brand, that tilted. If it had the suction cup type of rubber feet, that preventing slipping, it would be perfect. Now I have to find a way to Macgyver it so it doesn't slide around. Would be great if Dexart had granite countertops in mind when designing this. Taking one star away for the slipping issue.

Perfect Manual Juicer. Highly recommended
This is a perfect manual juicer if you plan to make healthy juices regularly. I ‘ve received it two days ago and it is super easy to squeeze any kind of soft or hard fruits with it. The drip-cup is super handy to protect your countertop from drips. I also really like that the spout is high enough for a large glass. I think this is a great product for this price.

I love it. Sturdy and doesn’t tilt. Very easy to clean.
I bought this heavy duty juicer for my home counter to make juice for my kids every morning. It is very sturdy and easy to operate. It takes no time to prepare any kind of juice. Doesn’t tilt at all as some other models do. I throw the funnel and strainer in the dishwasher after I use it. I would definitely recommend it.
