Leaks like crazy through handle right out of the box!
I was excited to receive this product after I first saw it. To my dismay, however, it leaked water like a sieve upon first, and only use. I realize that the operator will get a little wet when using pressure washing equipment, but in this case, I was soaked within the first minute. I am in the process of contacting the seller in hopes of some kind of remediation. Ideally, it's my hope that they can provide me with a tool that doesn't leak. Hopefully the leak problem is not inherent in the design of the tool.***UPDATE*** 07/13/22: Right after making my above review, I contacted JANZ, and surprisingly, I received a response from them in less than 12 hours! THE GOOD: JANZ apologized for the defective merchandise, advised me that I did not need to return the defective (leaky) janz 5650 PSI High Pressure Washer Gun, and that they would directly send out another High Pressure Washer Gun which I received in two days. THE BAD: Unfortunately, the replacement Pressure Gun still leaks through the handle (although not as bad as the first). Although the tool seems to be well made (it feels "substantial" in my hand), I have never experienced leaks in the gun area in other pressure washer wand tools that I have owned. Hopefully, this is not a common problem in this type of tool made by other manufacturers. MY REMEDY: I'm hoping that through disassembly / re-assembly of the two JANZ pressure washer guns, I can construct one that does not leak. In defense of JANZ, I recently purchased the janz 24" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner which has proved to be a well constructed, leak free, reliable tool.

Does not attach to garden house
If you can figure out how to use the item, maybe it would be fine. After looking at 2 videos, I found it too confusing to use. And, I'm fairly technically savvy. The worst is that it is that the gun can not attach directly to a hose, nor are there any couplings included to be able to do so. There are a lot of nozzles included for different uses, which is great. But if it can not be attached to a garden hose, it's useless.

really handy
I needed to adapt my older, small pressure washer that has a non-standard hose and gun attachment. This gun handle is great - a bit difficult to get the trigger lock to work consistently, but otherwise feels really solid. I put a standard 1/4" extension on the tip and it's a proper pressure gun - I actually like swapping tips better than having the adjustable nozzle at the end.

Could be better
Definitely better than guns that come with pressure washers, but not as good as others in this price range.Trigger is stiff and fatigues your hand after a few minutes of use. The locking open button is a nice feature but I’d rather have a trigger that’s easier to pull. The swivel doesn’t work when the gun is under pressure which defeats the whole purpose of a swivel gun. Overall it’s a decent gun but not what I’d recommend to a friend

Worked once then leaks.
Worked great the first time I used it, then the next day it leaks, I drained it as well as my pressure washer and hose. Now it won't stop leaking... now I have to shut off my pressure washer when I'm not using it cuz it keeps running.. waste of $55.00. Now I need to buy another gun...
