I was quite disappointed to find that the Tefal Frying Pan arrived with a noticeable scratch right out of the box. It’s frustrating to receive a brand-new item in less-than-perfect condition, especially given the price.I’ve purchased this pan three times, hoping the issues were just isolated incidents, but unfortunately, each time it arrived with some form of damage. One had a dent on the edge, another had a scratch on the surface, and a third one arrived with a large dent on the side.I think the Tefal pan performs well in its non-stick coating and thermal indicator, these recurring issues make me think that the quality might be declining, especially with so many competitors in the market.
