came as described and love that the wires are pre-sized, but thicker than a regular halo wire. also the hook was very difficult to get on and off the halo itself due to how tight it is, great for wearing once it's on because you know it's secure, but I had a really hard time getting the sizing down due to the fact that once it was on it was nearly impossible to get off to adjust on the band. I ended up having to cut it off in the end. I'll use them because I paid for them but I don't think I would purchase again
