Bad business!!
The brass cast on the end of the stem was made a smidge bigger so wouldn't fit sent back and was charged 24.81 restocking fee, How ridiculous is that! I will never order anything from this place again.

This is for a 2007 and later model
Prier has two replacement stems.....one for pre-2007 faucets (500) and one for 2007 and later (400). Go to their website. There is a PDF file to view which will explain everything. The one star reviews are unwarranted.

Leaky faucet
Products looked the same but end threads didn’t fit. Returned

It stuck in the pipe, ruined our system, can’t even take it out

Check your series, then check it again
Same issue as Gordo, end threats cut different than original shaft. I think that he and I just ordered the wrong series shaft. Stripped new shaft and used it with original shaft and it worked fine.
