Good for the price.
Put simply forced upscaling blurs the image and any interference you got with a decades old Mad Catz cable will remain, on the GC there's no flickering and the forced 16:9 aspect ratio can be fixed with the TV remote. For the price the product works as well as you'd expect with the added plus that the blurry image makes jagged edges less noticeable. Overall I think 3/5 is a pretty fair score and before returning this product please give it a chance first.

Pointless as the picture is washed out etc
Rubbish dont bother picture on tv is washed out bad color levels , brightness etc no amount of messing with tv settings will do anything, tested on a SNES / Gamecube / Wii same across all of them.

Flickering makes it unusable
Well it converted to hdmi that's what I wanted but the flickering is unbearable and unplayable . Purchased a better one for the GameCube and far outperforms this Massively disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone wanting for N64 playing

Inconsistent
I tried this with a range of PAL N64 games. I got good results on Mario Kart 64 and Lylat Wars. However I got flickering on Goldeneye, Mario 64 and Smash Bros. 2 out of 5 games so I award it two stars. I’ll be looking for an alternative.

Underwhelming
I was really looking forward to getting this, but I can get a better picture from the official scart cable. Its not bad, it's just really muddy.

Heel goed beeld
Beeldkwaliteit van de N64 is 80% beter geworden kleuren zijn weer helder, beeld trilt een beetje maar tijdens een game is het niet merkbaar, voor weinig geld een goed apparaat. Ben heel tevreden met deze plug & Play.
