Good entry book about Ranger Training. Highly recommend

Got this for my son to start preparing for the military. Large version for clarity.

I don't know how much has changed since this version was published - but there is a newer version. We got the new version also.Besides that, the book is bound well and is a nice book - just wish I would have known about the updated version. **Also important to note, when I requested a return, my purchase price was refunded almost immediately. Seller is top notch.

Not much to say, it has everything you need for combat and weapons tactics as well as opords, great to have on hand.

My boyfriend was in RIP 25 years ago - for his 49th birthday he wanted to reread the Ranger Handbook. He said it is almost exactly the same as the edition issued by the Army, just larger than the pocket size they gave him for the field. He loved the trip down memory lane, sharing some of the helpful information with the kids, and retelling old stories from his youth.

This book and format is large and easy to read. I believe the size is 8 1/2 x 11.A similar book I bought from eBay, unfortunately, had SUPER tiny print and I need a magnifying glass to read.
