UPDATE- I found a separate card in the box with the sellers email contact, so I emailed the seller and they sent a replacement within one day….. I cannot be more satisfied with the level of customer service provided! The mug is bigger than expected and the logo is not overbearing. It’s a very nice mug and a perfect gift for my party.**My mug is chipped and I cannot find a way to contact the seller. This is for a gift that I need next week. I’m very disappointed! Hopefully something can be worked out and I will update my review. Otherwise it is exactly what I wanted!

I ordered 5 of these for my coworkers. They were packaged very well and arrived undamaged. The mugs are large and have a premium look to them with gold "Godiva" print. It is finished off with a nice red box of Godiva hot chocolate and a ribbon to secure the entire package. For the price, it is a very nice and fancy looking gift. All of my coworkers are chocolate lovers and were pleased with the gift. It is perfect for the holidays and the cooler months when hot chocolate is especially appreciated. I would buy this again in a heartbeat and in fact, I am going to put this in my wishlist in case I need another gift in the future. Would recommend.
