Perfect for hip thrusts
I'm 5'4" and the 12" side works perfect for hip thrusts. This is the perfect addition to my home workouts and very pleased with how sturdy it is (yet still soft on the back). I know it has other uses but I bought it mainly for my hip thrusts so reviewing for that 😊

Not sturdy
It is a soft box so it is not sturdy for your ankles, but more importantly, it is a small box so it is not sturdy to jump on. It wobbles and because it is light, it slides. Box jumps are not recommended.
