Needed if traveling for protection.
It is a very good and sturdy case. I purchased as was worried about damaging machine during travel. It does hold around ten pods but wised it held a few more as i travel for longer periods of time. It is worth the little extra for protection and seems like it should hold up good.

Good to have if you travel.
Good to have. Makes it easy to pack your navage when travelling. I like it because it's got a nice organizer pocket. The case is durable so it protects your unit as well. Only complain is the zipper gets hung up sometimes. Not often, but it happens and it's annoying. Otherwise it's easy to use.
