I was wracking my brain trying to figure out an easy and relatively cheap way to display my daughter's cap and gown at her grad party. I didn't have access to a mannequin. I don't remember how I got this idea, but it was perfect! Assembly was easy, and the stand is light. I also used it to steam her gown (creases on graduation gowns drive me crazy!) and it worked great for that, too. Saving it for the next grad party in a few years, and now I have it to steam dresses in the meantime!

Works fine, is kinda flimsy, but for the price not bad. Goes to together easy. Does come with a mystery item people seemed to be confused on its use. I found it was a cell phone holder, I've attached pictures. Amazon sells these in many different varieties. Would have been nice if they stated that but is kinda nice to have.

With new presentation at funerals, this is a much easier item to carry to wake and set up regalia presentation. My wife also likes using it to steam her special garments.

Wow. This thing is totally a piece of junk. It's super super lightweight. No instructions come with it. But it's fairly straight forward to put together. The really incredibly bad part is that the top piece, the piece you need to be stable as you are steaming, just 'sits' on top of the post. It doesn't attach, it doesn't connect, it literally falls off if you try to hang something on it to steam. It's crazy garbage. In fact, that is what I did with it. I tossed it. But not before I tried to super glue the top - which does stop it from being taken apart and stowed. The super glue didn't work because there really wasn't enough for it to attach to. I even tried duct tape. Classy huh? I highly recommend you don't waste your money and keep more plastic out of the landfill. Grrrrr! It's cheap plastic but it works it holds my shirts,jeans. I would have like it to be taller, but like they say. You get what you pay for and I didn't want to spend to much money. It's holding up pretty good so far. I don't know what the black little thing is. They don't mention it on the instructions.

This was light weight plastic rubbish… went into the bin. Back to shopping for a quality product. Very disappointed but not surprised for the price… but still wasted my money.
