There are so many eyeliners that advertise they are good on your waterline, but they are NOT.Do they even know what a waterline is? It’s the inside rim of your bottom lid. It’s not on your outside skin.This gel liner does what it says. It goes in and stays in, the waterline. I am able to very carefully apply it ON the line.I am careful to wipe off (with sponge tip applicator or q-tip) any excess that could come in contact with my eyeball.I’ve used this type of liner before and it became dry after using a long period of time (not sure exact amount of time). Instinctively, I tried thinning it, but it didn’t work. Then I realized I had to buy new. This is the new one. It doesn’t cost much to replace when it gets dry.* I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me, and to aid you in your decision to buy or not buy.

It smudges. You can't even tell u have it on.

I bought this because I can’t find my favorite eyeliner anymore the application is very smooth the applicator is smaller than expected but I can make it work. All in all I think it’s worth the money

I read that doing black eyeliner on your waterline in your 40s makes you look older (I am 41.) So I wanted to try the white eyeliner instead which is supposed to make you look younger. To be honest I think it just made me look scary and that I had no bottom eyelashes. I don't fault this product, it is good quality eyeliner, goes on smoothly, stays on the waterline...I just don't see the appeal of white eyeliner, so back to my black waterline eyeliner.

Dark solid black, smooth like butter. Canf beat cost either! Only down fall is after applying if u open ur eyes it will transfer some to your eyelids until u use a setting spray or something over to seal it. It won't come off crying, just spreads and runs leaving what you added still there. The applicator is so cut and bends but it's so small if u were to flip it and use other brush u will get eyeliner all over.
