Not good quality
Was functional for about a month, the track system for the arms failed shortly after that. Then the right arm snapped off the other day. Thing lasted 5 months. I'd pass on this one.

Worked great for a while
This worked great for a little while. I rarely use it with my iPhone 4S/SE or Samsung S7. As you can imagine, it worked better with the smaller iPhone v. the larger Samsung (even though rated for S7). I bought this as a colleague has one (different mfg) and loves it. Unfortunately, I selected a different manufacturer.As you can see from the photos, the "closed" position has a sizable gap which prevents it from securing to the air vent.The suction cup option did not hold the phone steady making it difficult to read while driving, so that is not a good option.Now I need to find a new option. Anyone have a good recommendation?

Good while it lasted
Closure mechanism died after about 3 months. Good while it lasted, but plastic teeth wore quickly.

Great for the price!
Exactly what I needed for regular 10+ hour trips - great for the price! It did break after a few months (one of the arms stopped tightening) but I don’t even care because it was so cheap and worked for so many uses.

excellent value for cradle that does the job
exactly what I was looking for. comes with air vent attachment and windshield attachment. I prefer the air vent attachment and it seems to be holding phone with no issue.

I use this phone holder on an air vent in my car. It's a little wobbly sometimes, but it does hold my iPhone.

Cheap Price Cheap product
The internal mechanism fell a part and was unable to hold a phone shortly after I bought it. I took it apart to fix it but there was no fixing it.
