FOREVER STEEL HOSE | 50FT 304 Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Metal Garden Water Hose - Kink Free, Flexible, Expandable, Lightweight | UV Resistant | Stays Cool in Summers, Never Frozen in Winter

I started using this sort of hose last year and was so impressed, I bought two more this season. Although these aren't the same brand they are the same type and I like them even better than the other brand with the green collar. The hoses are very light weight and easy to handle compared to regular type that seems to have a mind of its own. I've attached two 50' hoses together to get the 100' I need so if something happens to one hose, I'm not out the whole thing. So far, so good. No problems. I water my veggie garden and can pull the length of hose back to the spigot easily when I'm done and leave it in a heap for next use without having to carefully recoil it. It takes up little space and because it's brightly obvious, I don't worry about mistakenly running over it with the lawnmower--in spite of its durability, I can't imagine it would survive that. The only negative is that because of the smaller circumference, it delivers slightly less water pressure than the one I used to use, so I'm trying different nozzles to get the best effect. The hose I bought last year even came with its own nozzle to eliminate that issue, but I like one with different spray patterns so replaced it and just deal with the fact that the 'jet' setting isn't as strong. Since that hose did fine over the winter and is leak free for the second year, I was pleased to try more for this back garden where the bright shiny look isn't a problem and it's easy to handle. The muted green hose I'd been using got moved to the front spigot where it is invisible against the hedges and a better choice for the 'curb' view.

I have had this hose for two years now and I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ve had three of those expandable hoses and they just didn’t last long. At one point I had this stainless shell hose in the driveway and accident my backed my car over it ... flattening it. I figured it was toast and Was expecting to toss it in the garbage, but before doing so, I got a hammer and hammered it out to a round shape as best I could. Turned on the water and presto. NO LEAKS. I was amazed. It still coils up easily Too. No Kinks. My only minor complaint is the inner diameter of the hose is smaller than a normal hose so the pressure isn’t quite as good, but it’s still good enough for what I use it for.

I bought this hose back in Jun 2018, and the only thing that happened was one of the ends got just a little smashed. It doesn't leak when I hook it up to the spicket. Other than that its been amazing and I just bought another one. Surprised about all of the bad reviews. Hope it doesn't happen to me. I do drag them over rocks every day. Strange.

I purchased this hose on September 2018, and we used this hose about once per week, indoors only, in an air conditioned facility. This hose was not exposed to any extreme temperatures, no rocks, no grass, no sun, just indoors in a air conditioned facility with clean floors. Unfortunately, on December 2019, it sprung a pretty serious leak. The construction of the metal casing is great, but why did they cheap out on the interior quality of the rubber? It is way under-designed in terms of the thickness of the rubber. This hose should last 5 years easily due to the stainless steel casing, but now it will contribute to early landfill waste. I highly recommend that the manufacturer re-design this hose and use more robust material (even if they need to charge a bit more) for the internal rubber material. I do not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

SO FAR THE ABILITY TO REACH 50 FEET HAS BEEN SO DARN NEEDED! SO HAPPY SO FAR HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET CAMPER BOAT NEEDS TAKEN CARE OF EACH TIME & THE LAST 2 TIMES WITH CAMPER MAN DID I NEED 50 FEET & IT PACKS SO DAMN WELL, ITS LIGHT, ROLLS UP ON YOUR ARM EASY & DOESN'T KINK! AS FOR HOLDING UP SAY DRIVING OVER IT? SMASHING IT AGAINST THE DOCK? CRACKS OR LEAKS? KNOTS? SO FAR IT'S HELD UP SO FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY GO WRONG, I DECIDED ON THIS BRAND, SO MANY OTHERS HAD A FEW TO MANY FLAWS IN AREAS I MENTION HERE, FOLKS THIS IS MAYBE THE BRAND THAT GOT IT RIGHT, I'Z NEED MY HOSE & 50 FEET WITHOUT LEAKS, BREAKS, OR CONNECTORS BEING BAD!

This hose is super lightweight, kink free, and durable. The hose fits on my hose reel with room to spare; very easy to roll up, and doesn't twist and become a nightmare like rubber hoses. I have purchased 2 over time with this 50' hose on a reel in my front yard, and my other is a 25' hose (no reel) in my backyard - exposed to sun, landscapers, etc. and has not shown any signs of deterioration or slicing from trimming equipment...and it does not get hot to the touch from the FL sun. I even use these for my 2000 psi pressure washer without any issues. Highly recommend.

First of all, I rarely ever write reviews yet I refer to them before a purchase. So far ( I’ve had it a little over a month) this is the best hose I have ever owned!! It’s so easy to pull around, it doesn’t kink, it doesn’t get hot. It gets used daily on our covered deck and paver patio to water container plants and flower beds all around. I’ve left it lay in the 90 degree sun all day and yes, the water was hot for a minute but the hose itself was not. It’s so easy to roll up, especially since all I have is a wall holder. I only wish it was available in a longer length as I need to purchase another 50’, hopefully they will connect easily without any leaking. I will update as to how that works out and if I’m still satisfied in another month or so.

I bought my first 50 foot hose last year. This year I needed a 100 foot hose, so I bought a second 50-foot hose and connected them together. Works great and no problems. May 2021 Update: I bought my first Forever Steel Hose in 2018 and three more in 2019. These hoses have held up for me. I've bought other brands of hoses that were similar that developed problems after one season. I was about to order two more hoses and was disappointed that they are out of stock. These hoses are a smaller inside diameter than a normal garden hose, so your water pressure at the nozzle will be reduced, but I find that to be a small price to pay for the lightweight manueverablility.
