We could al use a bit of honey and ginger in our daily lives and a tablespoon of this baby is just the kick you need before you go off to sleep. The benefits of honey and ginger cannot be overstated. Anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial. Both ingredients exist at the top of all health trends and it’s remained that way for centuries for a reason. Separately, they are powerhouses for holistic healing. Together, they can stop a cold in its tracks. The bottle is large and leak-proof. I’ve been drinking it with warm water before bed and it’s helped my sleep and digestion considerably. Do be careful that you don’t overdo it. Honey is still sugar despite being healthier in every way. Moderation is key.

Very good. I was purchasing honey for my tea however it’s not necessary w/the Korean tea . It’s just sweet enough and the ginger adds just enough spice .

This is delicious. Many uses. Eat straight from jar. Spread on toast, bagels, top your plain yogurt. Nice taste of ginger. Yum!

Love the ginger taste. But too much sugary stuff
