Then it will give you options on what you would like to contact seller about (refund, questions, tracking, etc) and one of the options is “customize”. Hit that option, and send an email to the seller, and they will get back to you very soon on the availability of your request! I know from experience! I just received my order and the plants are beautiful and healthy! I was just wondering if the little soft bags they come in are compostable?

I put mine in my compost and had no problems with them breaking down.

Does it come with heated pad if they go to cold climate?

You can purchase a heat pack on hour store for $4.99 to ship with your orchids. it helps with the extra costs - $3.5 heat pack plus the $3 for 1/2 lb+ increase in shipping

Is it too cold in southeastern Wisconsin now to ship?

I would say, yes it is right now. Maybe a few more weeks when it's a bit warmer.
