Great quality
Great price and quality. It looks and works just the original one, and so much easier then pulling one at the junk yard.

easily replaces the factory mirror right out of the box
It has a bent stud from the delivery . That is the only reason only 4 stars this replacement mirror is an excellent fit and "easy plug and play" connectors.

Fit perfectly on my '06 Ram 2500.
Fit and Finnish were on the money. Installed in a few minutes and the plug was right. The remote feature works properly and does the heat feature( measured with an infa red thermometer).

Mail world is rough
Nice, packaged well, but arrived with a bent stud, had to heat and bend straight. Better than returning.

Easy Install
Be sure to look for door panel removal instructions on youtube. Otherwise, highly likely you'll break something and be really unhappy with yourself. It's easy but not obvious.

Poor quality image.
It was easy to install and the mechanism worked fine. The mirror is very poor quality as it distorts the image. I would not ever purchase this item again or recommend it to anyone. I should have returned it for poor quality reasons.
