WORKS!
I used this for the drying out process, and I didn’t have ANY discomfort, aching, clogged ducts, etc. I applied every 3 hours. I am very impressed, and will most definitely buy again if I have another baby! Wish the price was a little less.

Worked for me, I hope it works for others
I recently had a C-section and was looking for product that would help alleviate discomfort and reduce swelling in my breasts. That's when I came across this amazing cream that has truly been a game-changer for me! Using this cream every 3 to 4 hours, in combination with ice packs and ace wrapping, has made a world of difference in just 2 to 3 days. The results were incredible! Not only did I experience minimal discomfort, but my breasts were no longer swollen. I love how easy it is to apply this cream, and it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. The soothing and cooling sensation provided immediate relief, making me feel more comfortable throughout the day. The quality of this product is outstanding, and the ingredients used are gentle and safe for postpartum use. I appreciate that it doesn't have any strong odors, which is important when you're around your newborn. I highly recommend this cream to any new moms who are looking for relief and comfort after a C-section or experiencing breast discomfort. It truly worked wonders for me and made my recovery process much smoother. Thank you to the makers of this incredible product! 💕

Helped with stopping breastfeeding suddenly
While it was not ideal, I had to stop breastfeeding suddenly after two months. I went cold turkey instead of weaning. The first few days the engorgement was very painful and uncomfortable. I wished I had this sooner. Got this product about three days in and applied it 3-4 times daily. Helped a lot with the discomfort! I’m not sure if it made the process go any quicker but my milk was mostly dried up by 1 week (keep in mind I had a low supply to begin with). I would definitely reccomend this product to anyone experiencing painful engorgement as they stop breastfeeding. Other things I used in addition to this product: Sudafed over the counter 2x a day (ask doctor before use!), ibuprofen, ice packs at night, nursing pads for leaks, no more milk tea (by earth mama), and avoiding getting my chest wet in the shower (I took cool showers too, to prevent letdown). This is just what worked for me, I know I was desperate for any advice going through this process! Whoever is reading this: I know it is a physically and mentally painful experience to stop breastfeeding. You are not alone, even though this is a part of motherhood nobody talks about. We all have different reasons for stopping, but know you are so strong and you will get through this! Allow yourself to feel your feelings, your hormones are probably raging right now and you’re uncomfortable. Be kind to yourself! You’re an amazing mother. ❤️

Love it!!!
I was an exclusive pumper i produce 6oz every 3-4 hours I was able to hold on till my baby was 3 months due to my mental health also if I wouldn’t pump in time I would get clogged it was soo annoying I do have a husband and a son to keep up with too so I decided to stop I came across this cream from tick tock and decided to buy it now I started on Thursday after my last pump which was at 10am after that I didn’t pump anymore why well because man when I say this cream helped it REALLY DID help I applied it 1-2 hours once I would start feeling the pain coming in and at night I would apply cabbage too so I can feel more relief since I would fall asleep completely and still I didn’t have the need to pump because the cream was helping out also i would sleep on my stomach yess it was uncomfortable but that’s how I was able to release milk without pumping by Sunday my 3rd day I was starting to feel part of my breast not hard anymore but if I would sleep sideways or on my back I would feel pain more often and I had to apply more the cream and yet I still didn’t pump and now that I’m going for 2 weeks I still have a little bit coming out but only if I squeeze it or I come out the showers but I don’t apply the cream anymore I did end up using 2 bottles thankfully I was able to know about this cream my boobs are going back to normal before pregnancy so yes I can say this cream does work like crazy

Weaning from exclusively pumping
My preemie would not latch so I ended up pumping every 3 hours, around the clock, for 15 weeks. After multiple bouts of mastitis I decided I was done. But it’s not that easy. I am prone to clogged ducts and wasn’t sure how to stop without that constant painful torture. It took me 6 weeks- adding 1 hour between pumps gradually and I still got multiple clogged ducts in the process. But the pain of that + being full was significantly reduced by this cream. You HAVE to apply it every 3-4 hours for weaning or it doesn’t work. I don’t think it decreased my milk supply. But this along with Lecithin, sage tea and Sudafed finally got me weaned from the pump. Others mentioned only needing 1 tube, but that must be for those brave enough to stop cold turkey. I went thru 3 of these tubes in my 6 week process. It was worth the money. If you are diligent about applying it the cream really allows you to withstand more time between pumps. It reduced my pain and I didn’t smell like a walking trash can (from actual cabbage leaves).

Stopped me from producing milk
This has worked really well! I am not able to breastfeed bc of being high risk postpartum and taking medications but still had every reason to think I would produce milk. I stayed using this 2 days after giving birth and on day 6 my milk has just never come in (they anticipated it would at day 3 that's why I started it). I have been wearing 2 comfy sports bras non stop and use nipple pads to help keep the cream from making the bra all sticky. The worst part is applying every 3-4 hours however with a newborn he eats on that schedule so I just feed him then put a pea sized amount on each nipple, changing the nursing pads when it gets too sticky. The cream itself has a nice pleasant fragrance and altho i am really finicky about washing my hands it doesn't leave a film or anything so if I am busy I just wipe my hand and it's fine. Definitely more convenient than actual cabbage leaves!

Pricy but sooo necessary
I was so engorged postpartum that my milk started filling up in ducts in my armpit. Gross and extremely painful. It looked like I had a third boob when I lifted my arm. I used this product a few times a day along with sunflower letchin and in 4 days my armpit boob was no longer painful and soft enough to massage the milk out. By day 6 it was gone. I only used the cabo cream directly on my armpit boob(not at all on my breast) so I didn’t affect my milk supply and it worked perfectly. So thankful!

Don’t waste your money!
I was engorged with blocked ducts from choosing to not breastfeed. I was miserable and have tried everything but this. After I read all the reviews, I was convinced it would work. While it cleared my blocked ducts… it did NOT help in relieving engorgement or suppressing production. If anything, it’s absolutely been worse! The bottle is TINY and far too expensive for its size and for it to not work. Now I am out nearly $30 for something that didn’t work and made me feel worse! On top of it not working, I would feel a tingle/almost burning feel for a good 5 minutes after applying it to my breast. Moral of my review, don’t waste your money. Take some pseudoephedrine (purchased behind the counter at the pharmacy), hand express to make yourself comfortable, get you some vitamin B1 or even a vitamin B complex vitamin and give it a good week and a half. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this tiny bottle that will do nothing for you and possibly make things worse!
