helping with loose heel
These are great to tighten up the heels on a pair of espadrilles. And also to even out the sole in another pair of shoes. nice heavy material.Arrived quickly.

Would be 5 stars if they stayed in place
While these pads are comfortable and help some with the pain, they do tend to lose adhesion and slide around after being on my feet for an hour or two. When they move around they can actually make the pain and discomfort worse than without using them at all, depending where they slide

Removeable, very sticky, but reattachable
I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased it, because it was such a good value. They are technically removeable, but they are surprisingly very sticky. I have not switched it from one shoe to another, but I have removed to reposition, and it was indeed removeable and reattached well. I would definitely recommend.

Great Product!
I purchased this product for the simple fact my husband and I both work on our feet for 12 plus hours. I have been diagnosed with planter fasciitis and these pads worked wonders in my shoes! We both have worn them to work and they don’t move when we walk and do not feel uncomfortable either. If and when they pairs we have run out, we will be purchasing again!
