Use them to made homemade protein bars, etc.
I purchased 3 of these forms to make things like homemade granola and protein bars and I have to say I absolutely love them!!!! I have not baked anything in them yet because the bars I've made so far are no-bake but I'm very pleased with the forms and happy with my purchase. Initially, I was a little worried about purchasing because I couldn't tell from the description if they were made from metal or silicon and I also couldn't tell from the picture (they ARE made from a stiff silicon, NOT metal - yay). I would definitely order again!

Perfect size; bakes great; cleans easy
I make protein and energy bars in the molds all the time. Works flawless. Perfect size for bars, no complaints!

A great pan that requires some adjustment to use.
Excellent quality. Good bar size. Must adjust recipe to match total volume of course. Suggest not tamping down contents too far and be cautious with baking temp and duration as most recipes are based on metallic pans that cook very differently. I baked at 275F fir 40 minutes, then let it coast to dry further.Do not empty until bars are slightly warm and it goes much easier, less or no breakage.

Better quality than your average mold. A little stiffer than most import molds. It works well and I expect it to last a long time..

Let the bars cool completely before you remove from mold
This pan is the perfect size for granola bars. The only bad thing is I’ve used it a few times and it’s already looking kind of grungy.
