Update 7/16/21:So my original review below remains valid, and at that time I gave it a 3 star rating. The seller reached out to me, and gave me a full refund. With that money, I went off to my HD (Home improvement store), bought some aluminium flat bar, and added additional rails to my existing bike rack. Now the ridiculously short straps do work, and for that reason I am upgrading the rating to 5 *.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So, compared to other bike trunk bags, the only good thing about this bag is the price, and the internal size. The bottle holder is totally impractical, located at the rear of the bag, besides being very small - l.perhaps ok for a small can of Red Bull. My biggest gripe is the hold down straps at the bottom. I don't get why the "far eastern" manufacturers need to cut down everything to the barest minimum. E.g. Instructions are printed on minute pieces of paper, barely larger than a PostIt not in 4pt font - which requires a magnifying glass to read. In the case of this bag, the tie-down Velcro straps are useless. They are far too short to go around my bike rack, and then double back onto itself. Pathetic.

I shopped a lot when I couldn't get the expensive ($60 or so) pop-on/off back that matched my Ibera saddlebags and rack (which are great). This was one of the least expensive, it has more room than most, and its four straps seem to hold it on very well. I can't speak to durability yet, but it's sturdy so far. The only problem, which is minor, is that the attached mesh drink holder in the back is no good. I pull it as tight as I can, but drink bottles pop out when the bike hits a bump. So I carry drinks inside the case, which is plenty big for my tools, spare tires, a spare thermal shirt, and a bottle of water.

I purchased 2 of these paniers for my bike because of the great price and the advertisement of being waterproof. I wasn’t sure if they would be constructed well enough to withstand carrying my books, materials, etc. for daily commuting. So far I’ve had them for 1+ month and they work well. The material is holding up and they don’t show any signs of wear. They’re large enough to hold what I need to carry and everything stays dry on rainy days. I would buy them again

Wanted a medium sized bag to carry the essentials without using a cumbersome basket. I am a casual bike rider so wanted one bag to hold my water bottle, a small first aid kit, a bike lock, and yet some extra space left for any other incidentals. This bag fit the bill. It has 2 secure velcro loops that wrap securely around the rear bike rack, and 2 smaller velcro loops in the front to hook onto the front of the rack to keep the bag from slipping (this was the selling point for me). The bag is easy to install and remove. I was able to fit my 6' coiled bike lock in one of the side pockets (there are 2), the first aid kit inside the bigger compartment leaving plenty of space in the bigger compartment for other things plus the other side pocket is available. I am very pleased with the bag and it seems to be made very well, has reflective striping around the sides (shown on the photo), plus comes with a removable strap in the event you want to remove the bag and use it to carry.

EDIT: After leaving this review they contacted me immediately, updated the item information to reflect the blue interior, and offered me another bag or a full refund. I've boosted the star rating to reflect the great customer service and the positive outcome.The bag doesn’t look like the photo- inside is bright blue and on the outside panel there is a big logo placed. The bag also isn’t rigid at all, it just flops around and as such it has a very difficult time securing to the bike rack. Finally, the Velcro is relatively weak and after going over a few bumps one of the straps completely loosened and the bag dangled from the rack until I stopped and reattached it by just trying a knot with the strap to the rack itself. If the bag was anything like the photo and description, it would be great. Unfortunately it’s just not.

I like everything about this bag except the mounting straps and the bottle holder. Straps are in a bad place for my rack, but this may be isolated to me. The bottle holder is a little small. I can barely get a regular bicycle bottle into it. Other than that, holds a lot, sturdy, nice zippers. I do like it. Would give it a 4.5 if possible.

I have been cycling for many decades and have had different kinds and brands of bags and all had something annoying or dangerous about them, but THIS BAG IS AWESOME. Super strong velcro underneath and I use my own little velcro strap to add a third anchor point using the front handle. It's big and roomy and the material is rugged and thick. This is the best bag I ever had and am buying more for the rest of my family's bike racks.

This bag is the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. There is just one problem with it. As some mentioned, the straps are super short. I still like the bag, so I’ll buy some velcro straps to tie it down.

Once you fold out this bag it seemed good. The big problem for me is the base of the bag has no structure so it tends to flop around unless you use extra straps.
