Will this fit Harley Davidson pan America with pan America luggage rack?

Seems like a good bag but couldn’t get it to fit my bike. I’ve tried to give it away but it doesn’t work for any of my friends bikes either. Try it but don’t get sick like I did, sending the refund request but then didn’t send it back in time. No questions asked for refund offer.
