Easy to install, directions are near perfect, appearance is amazing, and worked great the first couple of days.Leaks, low pressure, and doesn’t stay tightened at all are the negatives. Not sure I’d buy again as the leaking of the joints is constant and every aspect to stop them has been done.

Ok, so my wife was wanting to remodel the shower and wanted a rainfall shower head on the ceiling. Personally I was not trying to partake on this wild adventure and listen to all the handyman TIM TAYLOR JOKES! so the Quest begins and behold! Look what I found! My fingers worked their magic pushing the add to cart button until they cramped. The day it arrived she was at work the installation was easy and flawless, the performance was like standing a gentle waterfall the water pressure was just right. She came home was ready for a hot shower. She asked me what this was and I said her rainfall shower, she was a little confused until the water came on and she stepped in and I stepped out. I heard singing coming from the shower, please don't take this the wrong way but I should've gave her something to help carry a tune immediately my fingers went to work again looking for noise canceling earbuds.

No more moving around under the shower as this provides excellent coverage.

UPDATE: Used a wrench and with quite a lot of muscle it tightened enough to stop leaking. Like the shower, but not as easy to install as others have suggested, either way love showers with it. Updated stars to 4/5 due to the struggle.Previous: I really like the esthetic of this shower head and it's potential functionality, but it leaks no matter how much I tighten the joint. I followed instructions, taped as instructed, but keeps leaking. Please help!! I'd like to keep it. Good price, but leaks. Reason for 3 stars.

Love the size and adjustability of this system. I was concerned that it might be too heavy and place undo stress on the existing pipe. Last thing I need is to hear a clang on the. The sound of running water in the middle of the night. So I found nothing in the existing reviews about that scenario so I made the purchase. The assembly is actually very lightweight considering the size. It’s super easy to install- they even include a very cheap “wrench” in the kit. The biggest thing (for me) with regard to installation was to get enough of the included teflon tape on the threads to get a good seal. I had to take everything apart 1x before I got it right.So once it was installed I found out how enjoyable it is, we purchased the 12” version and it is oh so nice. The flow is wonderful (I didn’t install the flow restrictor) and all of the jets do push water out. The rainfall head is nice also in that not only can you adjust its tilt up & down but also side to side. I adjust it side to side when I’m done so that the next time it doesn’t spray outside the stall. The handheld nozzle is super powerful and in spite of its lightweight feel does the job quite nicely.So the only thing that I’m disappointed in or upset about is that the pictures show both heads being used at the same time, I found that to not be “doable”. Maybe if the flow restricter had been installed - maybe not.The last thing that I didn’t think about was the location of the switching valve. It occurred to me as I installed this was that my wife is short and I was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to reach it. Thankfully she can and I dodged that bullet.
