23L Large Hot Towel Warmer

Love my towel warmer! Heats very fast!

The product heat well, easy instructions and have health sticker attached to remind me that I need to clean regularly like every week and check the water storage every 3-5 day or so depends on how many towels I putting there. I like the product! Recommended to others.

Every single one has leaked/ had holes in it, they are very thin, these wouldn’t even make good trash bags. I won’t be buying these again.

Bought this warmer for my barbershop. It heats the towels very quickly. Almost gets too hot. If you leave the towels for more than a day they tend to dry up and kind of burn. It’s also leaks a little bit from the back corner. The seal on the door doesn’t stick out far enough so ever time you open the door the condensation drips off and spills a little water on the floor. Works great for the price but can leak a little.

We have used this in a massage room for our office for over a year and it has done so well for us. It keeps the towels at a perfect temperature for several hours. It has a "soft close" magnet-like feature, that makes a noise that can be avoided by closing it manually. Spacious and easy to turn off and on.

Don not plan to buy this again. The basket is flimsy and the rails it sits on are so small that the flimsy basket is continuously bending and falling when loaded. Other than that very aggravating feature it does fine.

I’m hopeful that this towel warmer doesn’t get too hot…I’ll be back to update. Plugged in for 30 minutes and the exterior top is quite warm. But I’m giving it fewer starts because of the weight, it’s very light. So empty, when you open the door the cabinet slides around. And the protective film was impossible to remove completely, many of the seams still have frayed plastic. And the front sticker on the front was ridiculous. I soaked it off with windex, and then alternated windex and almond oil (oil breaks down adhesives) until it was gone. In a dark room the finish looks fine, in bright light, not so much. If the cabinet keeps a constant temperature, I’ll keep it. But it was a lot of work to get it to look ok. Probably took 30 minutes and 1/2 roll of paper towel. Plus the stickers on the back with the model number and appliance information…was on top of the protective film?!? So that’s garbage. Those stickers were probably meant to be on the appliance
