I had a meniscus tear on my knee and boy did it hurt. I wore this for a few days and didn’t notice any difference so stopped wearing it. After two weeks of really bad pain I went back to wearing it and it really helps after all. I wear it pretty much all the time. I’m going have arthroscopic repair soon, so hopefully will not need it ever again but it’s very helpful. Measure your knee and pick the size that makes sense. It is snug, but I noticed over time it stretches out. After I washed it and let it air dry it became a little more tight for a few days after that. But I found it very helpful to reduce the pain and movement that caused the pain. I even wear it in bed at night.

I've done an enormous amount of cycling, hiking and running in my time, from a teenager all the way up. I'm 54 now and slowed way down and my previously strong knees are starting to ache a little. When my dog pulls on her leash walking downhill, I am starting to feel that my knees are not as strong as they once were. I'm no longer bench pressing 175lb with my legs. While walking on an icy road in January, pulled by the dog, I slipped and fell. I'm walking only 2 miles a day and standing at my kitchen sink all day nowadays. I finally found sneakers with optimum support which helped my knees not ache but I still felt a little weak on my right one so I bought one of these sleeves. Never worn one before. It definitely helped maintain my balance and kept me more steady on my walks. It's fairly comfortable too. Wearing it feels like my knee is "put together" like maybe this sleeve is holding loose things in place. I'm lucky my knees aren't worse and this just helps me do a little exercise.

The fabric is cheap and does not look like the photo. The bad at the top is rubbery and hurt my skin.

It fits very well, is true to size, but the little grippers, after only wearing 2 times, have left red spots, not bumps, on my lower thigh, no itching or anything, but, oddly, it has left red spots. It does support my knee well. The fabric does let my knee breathe. It would have been 5 stars if it didnt leave the red spots.

Purchased because I do need a total knee replacement, but cannot have it done at this time due to time off work. I have weakness, inconsistency in my step and pain along the lateral aspect of my knee as I struggle with all of these simultaneously, and daily. Pros: 1. MUCH support! I wear this even at home because I never know when my next step will make my knee want to give way, and while it isn't a replacement for a new knee, where the support is above and below the knee cap, makes a HUGE amt of difference! 2. Above and below the kneecap, there is extra suport as noted in the slight variation in the fabric and also construction from the inside. 3. Slides on easily. 4. Washes well, I do it on gentle, cold, and hang to dry. Cons: 1. I was worried as it seems flimsy and a bit tight to put on first time. Once I stood up though? WOW! I just ordered a 2nd one! 2. I balked at the price at 1st, but now, for me, totally worth it. *I was wrapoing my knee with an Ace wrap and then putting a Velcro splint over it, but have switched to this. NOTE: this does not take away all thr pain or instability, but makes it managable.

I have dealt with knee pain for several years after having some torn meniscus and arthritic problems. I already had this knee sleeve in black and absolutely loved it so when I found it online it was time to get another one but this time I got it in the flesh tone. The rubber backing definitely keeps it up and there's no rollover. My upper thighs are not itty bitty skinny so I was pleasantly surprised when the fit of this knee sleeve entirely stays in place. As a power walker and runner the ease of using this during a workout was great. I washed it in a laundry bag and let it hang to dry. The rubber silicone backing has not peeled off or caused this to where in an unusual way. I highly recommend this product.

Ho comprato questa ginocchiera perché da quando ho smesso di fare sport a livello agonistico, ogni volta che faccio una corsa, due tiri a canestro o una partitella di calcetto con gli amici, il mio ginocchio ne risente per un po'. Ho testato la ginocchiera per un paio di settimane (il tempo da cui ce l'ho) e ho notato un certo miglioramento. La ginocchiera è abbastanza stretta da impedire bruschi movimento della rotula e al tempo stesso non comprime così tanto da impedire i movimenti, anzi la sensazione è che impedisca solo moventi "fuori limite". Anche se un po' più costosa rispetto ad altre che si trovano on line la sensazione è ottima e probabilmente il costo è commisurato alla qualità dell'articolo.

Rodillera de muy buena calidad. Se ajusta como un guante y te permite todo movimiento. En la planta te interna, tienen unos circulitos de silicona que se adaptan a tu piel. El único fallo que le veo es este, ya que tras llevarlo dos o tres horas se te hinchan en la piel. Si los hicieran menos gruesos sería mejor.

Molto utili per dare una compressione al ginocchio ed un minimo di sostegno. Durevole anche al lavaggio
