I have been using this cream for years, since I lived in London many years ago. It is the best anti-inflammatory (skin lesions, etc.) I've ever seen - works like magic. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get in the US, and I've gotten some "counterfeits" over the years from Amazon. This provider seems legit....

My Alba Tea Tree Acne gel or simple Tea Tree oil works better, but not great
I had hoped this was the replacement product for Nelson's acne cream, but it is not. I put it on some acne and more sprung up around it. My Alba Tea Tree Acne gel or simple Tea Tree oil works better, but not great :( This never happened with Nelson's fab acne cream! What happened to it and please bring it back!!!
