It doesn't take that long maybe about 5 minutes.

Can you bend the straight blade to make custom cuts?

I doubt it. It is under tension between the two holders. There's no slack to adjust it.

Do they have a straight blade that wil cut EVA foam I'm cutting tool box foam for my tools to sit in and it looks like the straight only cuts EPS foam

It’s only wire and a long and short strait bar.

What is the lowest heat this will go? I need it to cut wax that needs to stay below 180 F. Thanks!
