do you have to pay subscription fees? one review says you do, if so how much are they

The Aura Frame comes with free unlimited photo uploads to your frame and the free Aura Frames app. There are no subscription frees.

Can you use this in France? Is it possible to download the app to use in France ?

I have used it in Spain, so assume will work in France too

Can photos be easily deleted? Can you arrange the order or are they played in order of upload?

Photos can be easily removed from our frames at any time using the Aura app. The order of the photos you add to your frame is randomly shuffled by our unique shuffle algorithm.
