It’s pretty strong…
The media could not be loaded. Better not play in the apartment as it’s pretty strong…unless you want to play with your cats and have a setup like this…I can adjust the angle to make sure the balls fall into the basket. Seriously it’s better than I expected for a “toy” that I can have fun with my girl friend and my cats at home. Sometimes it stuck too but just reload the balls and the it should work fine. I haven’t tried the remote control on the bat yet. USB charge is the best. Haven’t test the battery but I have played about 20 mins so far and it’s still working.

Great practice tool
My 4yo son just recently started tball and will be moving up to coach pitch in the fall. This was a perfect tool in helping that transition. The speed of the ball is great for him to watch to get to hit the ball. It also fantastic that it comes with a bat that can control the pitch of the balls as well so in case you don’t want it on auto pitch if your child needs a little more time between balls. The one issue we found was that balls will sometimes get stuck and case a double fire of balls at the same time.

Perfect experience
Perfect shopping experience. This is exactly what I was looking for. My nephew is gonna spent the whole winter break with me. I really need this to kill some time. I can just bring this to the park, and sit there doing nothing. This little machine will keep him busy lol!!!!

Loses ability to charge
Awesome at first, after using the first week, it no longer charges. There is no other ability to add a battery. Now we just have a hunk of plastic that doesn't work.

Good to play with
Kids love to play with it, unfortunately they get annoyed easily as they have to chase and fill up the balls often

Not for tennis balls
Great for kids probably but not for dogs or humans to practice with tennis balls. These balls are light foam and the dog will make holes in it with their teeth. Cannot fit tennis balls.

Broken box and broken racket
The box was damaged and taped back together and when my son opened the box we saw the racket was also broken... 😢
