I always buy Philips LEDs for light bulbs but oddly enough one of these failed within one month

All 4 of the bulbs had half of their elements burn out in less than a year. They were used in a pair, one pair for about 8 months until they failed, and the next 2 in a pair until they failed in about 8 months. Bulbs are guaranteed for 5 years of use at 3 hours/day, which equals 5,475 hours. Used as dusk to dawn (12hr/day average) for 8 months would only equal about 3,000 hours before failure. I will update this review when/if I get a reply from the Philips warranty department. They look great and don't flicker, but longevity is terrible.

These Philips vintage LEDs are perfect for my bathroom fixtures. The warm glow looks great with the seeded glass and black metal, and the “dim to warm” feature really sets the mood — bright enough in the morning when I need light to get ready, and soft and cozy in the evening. They dim smoothly with no flicker or buzzing, which is something cheaper bulbs never seem to get right. Like every other Philips LED I’ve bought, these feel solid and well-made. They put out plenty of light without looking harsh, and they make the space feel warm and inviting. Definitely worth the upgrade if you want that vintage look without the headaches of old-school bulbs.

I had these in my bathroom for about 6 months in a ceiling light fixture mixed in with some 3000k sunco bulbs. The Phillips bulbs began to flicker a month ago and it gradually became unbearable. The bulbs noticeably dimmed and our bathroom light was cut in half. As they were failing I was dreading a fault in the light fixture and needing to rewire the assembly and check every connector. I never thought Phillips a vaunted brand would have several bulbs fail in unison. Unfortunately that’s exactly what happened. Buyer beware. These bulbs have a faulty driver. Sunco is the way to go for vintage dimmable bulbs. In the set of 4 Phillips bulbs 3 are defective. Big hit to my favorite bulb brand.

If you've never used a high CRI bulb or don't know what it is, Google it. I am an amateur lighting designer for high-end residential homes. Never seen a more beautiful LED filament bulb, high CRI, than this. I have used bulbs that cost $40+ each, and although I can see a clear difference, 90% of people cannot. 2700K color temperature is perfect. Those who complain that it is too yellow are probably used to 4500K+. My equipment measured it at 2803K. Highly recommended.

The bulbs only last for a few months, then turn yellow and flicker. AVOID!!!

With older eyes you Need bright lights! It is beautiful to look at! Help you see walking down dark stairwell.

warm white, warmer than other LED bulbs. Dimmable all the way down, which is nice!

Despite the description, the lights are not spiral. Furthermore, two out of four started flickering and being half-lit after less than a year of use. Avoid these.
