I use chamomile once in a while for calmness along with my Ltheanine and magnesium Great to find more without alcohol

I use it for healing scratches and wounds and for ringworm because chamomile has drying efect

For an herbal . Alone it does not put me to sleep, but in conjunction with valarian, it does. There is usually an hour or two of nausea, but when taken half an hour prior to going to bed, that isn't a big problem

Does not taste or smell like Chamomile at all. Feeling no difference from take it.Going back to Herbafarm Chamomile, now this stiff is potent.

i bought it for gastric reflux, and it is useless. Additionally, it tastes like pure sugar syrup. Perhaps there are other uses for it, but not for me.

Used to help with my autistic children

I used it once. Didn't notice anything different. I was told by a friend not to trust what's really in it. So, now I won't use it. I threw it away.
