I purchased an S38 18 months ago because my wife hates soft water but untreated water ruined a 6 yr old water heater and was causing scale throughout our house (dishwasher, faucets, shower heads, etc.) After installing the S38 we saw immediate astounding results. The stainless steel dishwasher shined, glasses sparkled, and scale disappeared from all fixtures. About a month ago the unit seemed to stop working. I called Hydroflow USA and their response was off the charts. Even though the unit was out of warranty, they wanted to help me to get my unit back to doing its job. I sent them the unit and they checked it out - it was working fine. They sent the unit back to me at no cost. Then they worked with me to install the unit in a more optimal location. I reinstalled the unit at the new location and once again the results are amazing. This thing really works and Hydroflow's customer service is truly off the charts.
