Excellent, lightweight, super portable portable mini computer!
UPDATE #2: It has now been almost 1.5 years since I purchased this back in November 2024. I was working away from home last month and had a terrifying moment when I set everything up and turned it on and got the blue screen of death. I did a hard shut down, turned it back on and got the screen for my monitor and name with a blue circle turning and nothing happening on startup with the Kamrui. I waited 20 minutes and did a hard shut down several times. Eventually it said something about "repairing" something and did I want to continue. I said yes. It did the circle thing for another 20 minutes and then finally booted up. After that I had no issues for several weeks. Then last week, same thing happened upon startup. I started searching for information on this particular device and startup issues and read to do a hard shutdown, unplug anything connected via USB, and then restart. It started right up - no issues. I then only did "restarts" instead of actual shut downs for the remainder of the week, but was traveling again so I had to power it down yesterday for my commute. It worked fine yesterday, but today when I turned it back on I got the circle again. After panicking a couple of times and trying hard restarts, I remembered the USB issue and unplugged those, turned it back on and it booted right up. SOOOO - if you ever have the scary circle or repair screen pop up on startup, do a hard shut down, unplug all your peripherals except your monitor and power cord and then restart. After it boots up correctly, then reconnect your peripherals. I have no idea WHY it is doing that, but at least I know how to fix the issue now. Other than that minor annoyance, the computer still works great. Super quick, great sound, great visuals, doesn't heat up much at all and I'm only utilizing half the memory. UPDATE: It is now a little over 2 months from when I purchased and started using this. I had some sort of update overnight and when I turned on my computer, after entering my passcode, it gave me an error that my "user profile failed to load" and my main screen looked liked a fresh install with hardly any apps on there. I couldn't open Notepad, Word, and none of my auto logins were working. My files were still there that I had added recently. I rebooted twice. I was still having issues even after logging back into my Windows and Google accounts, and it appeared to still be updating Windows, so I let it run the update in the background for another 10 minutes, then shut computer off and rebooted one more time. At that fourth boot, everything came back up looking normal. My classic windows shell was back, my background and regular screen saver were back, my icons on my desktop were in their correct spots. It was very weird. My advice to you is disable automatic windows updates when you first get this, and just try and remember to do those regularly at a time that suits YOU, so you don't get your work schedule impacted by a random update. Don't immediately panic if you wake up one day to what looks like a fresh install/brand new computer appearance. Let the computer percolate for 10-15 minutes, then turn off and reboot in safe mode or reboot several times until you get back to the regular working device you are used to. I will update how things are going with the system again at the end of 6 months. NOTE: I do carry this in a heavily padded bag with other devices when I travel for work frequently. So it does get plugged/unplugged, and wagged around a lot. Not sure if that affects it or not, but since it has 2 SSDs and a sturdy plastic shell, it should be impervious to bumps and knocks, especially since it is very well protected inside the bag. I'm a remote medical transcriptionist who also pet sits away from home. Why get paid for one job when you can get paid to 2 or 3 simultaneously?! I normally use a 17-inch laptop and a portable monitor when I travel, but recently I started getting the blue screen of death showing up on my laptop periodically. While it was still functional and I could transfer my programs from it, I decided to find a new device. The current crop of laptops were fairly pricey for the size RAM I wanted and most only have one or two USB connections now and I need at least 3, preferably 4. Also, some laptops have data only transfer on their USB-C connections so rather than deal with that I decided to check into mini PCs. This one had great ratings and I really liked the fact that I could increase it by adding an additional 2.5" SSD drive. It's super easy to do that. Just release a latch, slightly angle and insert your drive until it connects and seats into the slot. I know have a computer with two hard drives with an additional Terabyte of storage. It boots up lightning fast and I was able to download Windows, Word, and all my other applications with no issue whatsoever. I had cloned my laptop to the SSD, so upon booting it up for the first time my screen saver, settings, icons, etc. were already in place. I LOVE that it has two HDMI connections. I didn't think I needed that, until I started working at a facility where I needed to utilize TWO 24" monitors when I'm away from home and not able to use my 39" monitor. This KAMRUI mini PC weights next to nothing and it's just barely larger in diameter than a slice of sandwich bread. In addition to the two HDMI ports, it comes with 4 USB ports, a headset jack, and the power cord. It's so small and light, I'm now able to use it as a portable computer in place of my laptop and I just leave my laptop set up to work on when I'm at home. When I purchased it they were on sale for $130 and I see they are around the same price currently, so I'll probably invest in another one to clone my laptop to and keep on hand for when my laptop finally bites the dust, so that I can have fully functional workstations wherever I am and won't have to keep unhooking/rehooking things up every week or two.

A Vast Improvement Over My Older Windows Computers
I have had my new KAMRUI GK3 PLUS for several days now, and I must say it has been a delightful surprise coming from an older version of Windows and an older desktop computer. What a breath of fresh air! It is about the size of a double decker grilled cheese sandwich with double decker performance. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed....not an untamed blur, but very very manageable. I don't do all the performance testing of professionals, just my own tests in comparison of all the computers I have owned over the years. This KAMRUI is the fastest Windows machine I have owned personally. Of course I have not owned the most expensive gaming machines or some of the more expensive video editing computers, but I have always bought and ran low to mid-level consumer computers for home use, and I can say this one outperforms all the others (I personally) have owned. Of course technology moves fast, and the mini is a good example of that. It was very easy to set up, although the updates did take 45 minutes or so, and I did them without any peripherals attached except a keyboard. Since the original updates, it has asked me to update a couple times since, and I did quickly and without a hitch. So far, not a single freeze up, just a clean running computer. I run a lot of YouTube videos, and they are crystal clear, do not freeze, buffer, or distort. I also do desktop publishing and most other office type requirements without any problem at all so far. If the saying "You get what you pay for" is really true, then it is doubly true with this KAMRUI mini computer. For $149-$169 dollars, I just don't see where one could go wrong for the AVERAGE use of a home computer. All peripherals work as they should including stand alone DVD/RW read/write and burn. Works great. Keyboard, mouse, monitor, external hard-drive, and printer are all working flawlessly. I'm impressed by the performance of KAMRUI's package in such a small form. Will it perform as well as an Intel i9.....no, it wasn't meant to. Price one of those. Five stars from this user, because for me, it lives up to the description listed on Amazon. I hope anyone that reads this and buys one, finds the same satisfaction I have. I took a chance on the mini as opposed to going back to a cumbersome tower and all that, and I am a happy camper so far. Longevity? Only time will tell, as with all and anything electronic.

Great Mini PC for multi monitor setups
This Mini PC is nice for my everyday tech needs. I needed a compact desktop for basic web browsing, online shopping, streaming videos, and light office work. This machine easily handles all of that without any issues. Even under load, the fan makes minimal noise, so it never distracts me while I am working or watching movies late at night. The silver design looks stylish on my desk, but it is small enough to pack in a bag if I ever need to take it on a trip. Having 16GB of RAM keeps multitasking smooth when opening several applications at once. Connecting three 4K monitors was simple using the HDMI, DisplayPort, and Type-C ports. The video output is crisp and responsive across all three displays, which makes working from home so much easier. Data transfers are super quick thanks to the fast USB 3.2 ports, and the Wi-Fi connection stays strong and consistent without dropping out. It uses very little power compared to traditional big tower PCs, which helps keep energy costs low. The setup took less than ten minutes from unboxing to sitting at the desktop screen.

Nice for the price. Wifi is not consistant.
This is a great mini PC. For the price, it's unbeatable. Super easy to hook up, it comes with a power cable and a HDMI cable. I used my own HDMI but it's nice that it came with one in case I didn't have one. It fits under my monitor riser perfectly and I like the small footprint. I got this because I was using my laptop as a desktop and then having to unhook everything to take it with me when I need to leave my desk, which was annoying. I didn't want to spend a lot and honestly, I really use this for word processing, emails, and light photo work. So I'm not gaming and I'm not stressing the RAM at all really. It's 'snappy' as a lot of other reviews have commented, but it is not as fast as my LG Gram. Granted, my LG Gram was like 800 bucks and it's got twice the RAM and hard drive. So, again, not a fair comparison. The only downside, *actual* downside, that I found is the wifi. I don't know if it's a software or hardware issue...I know others have commented on it as well, it's true, the wifi does *weird* things. I am literally five feet from my router. None of my other devices will have an issue, just the mini pc. It will go from three bars of wifi down to two then to one then just the little dot, if I turn the wifi off, then back on, presto-fixo- it works again. If that doesn't do it, I have to restart the computer which takes like a single minute to do. The point is though, I notice it when I'm trying to send an email or watch a video clip for work, and it's super annoying to have to shut off the wifi and turn it back on again to get it to work. It wasn't as common right when I set everything up. It took it a week to really start up as a repeat issue, but now I'm worried I'm going to be battling the wifi for as long as I keep this. Just today I've had to toggle it off and on four times. Since other reviewers have the same issue, I'm not sure getting a replacement will help. This will do for now, I'll suck it up and deal with it, but I don't know that I would buy this again because of the wifi problem.

Fantastic little, low cost, high performance PC
Amazing little PC. Ran Win 11 right out of the box; no issues. Added Linux Ubuntu dual boot configuration with no hitches. Has so many ports, works with various displays. The price is very low for the performance it provides. Just works beautifully. Very happy with it.

TOO RISKY TO BUY!!!!
COMPLETELY FAULTY!!! Once plugged in, I started having SERIOUS internet connectivity issues almost immediately. To the point where I genuinely thought that my internet was the problem. So, I scheduled a house call to my internet provider for bright and early the very next morning, as my remote job REQUIRES me to have a certain level of upload and download speeds. I needed it fixed IMMEDIATELY or my position within my company would be subject to termination. My internet company came out, spent almost two whole hours at my house running a multitude of various tests to figure out what the issue was, only for them to meet me in my office at the very end and tell me, "I am no computer expert, but I can tell you right now that your new PC is the SOLE problem for your connectivity issues. It is completely blocking your internet. Your download speed went from over 400MBPS to 0.4 MBPS! Your upload speed went from almost 600 MBPS to a whopping 1.14 MBPS! You're getting worse than dial-up speed because of that PC." And they were absolutely correct because, when I unplugged it, there were ZERO ISSUES with my internet, as per usual. To top that news off, my internet guys also informed me that my supposed LAN port in the back of that PC wasn't even registering as anything of such. It was merely just a hole in the back of the PC labeled as an ethernet port for show. There was no power source to that port whatsoever. Despite the PC powering on, there were no capabilities for anything on that PC. Even the set up for the PC itself took almost two whole hours to TRY to generate. The only thing this PC was capable of was the brightening my screen. I tried many different ways of plugging it in, tried moving my system to various rooms in my house, did A COUPLE of hard resets on both that PC AND my internet, and nothing worked. Come to find out, this PC was 100% faulty and barely a PC at all. And I spent $300 on it, asked for a refund within 48 hours of receiving it on February 10th, returned it February 12th and my refund has now been delayed until March 21st. Well over the 30-day marker for return of funds. Convenient.

Customer service
These mini PC's are great. I opened my business about a year ago and decided to give these a try. I have over 10 of them. They function great with quick web browsing, lots of RAM and a SSD with storage. Ethernet jacks, USB, etc. The small form factor is great. These PC's don't take a lot of room and cost less than your average PC. They were very easy to set up. In slightly less than a year, only 1 stopped working and I contacted customer service by email. They got back to me and offered a replacement if I shipped the defunct unit back. I just got my replacement in less than a week of them getting the defunct unit. I wasn't sure how customer service would be, but they have really come through. Great service- thank you Kamrui.

Nicht ganz okay, aber guter MiniPC
ACHTUNG!
