Crooked / defective
It’s obviously crooked.

Uneven
The base of the hurricane is uneven on the inside and this causes the candle to sit crooked. I filled it with hazelnuts and then set the candle down in it to even it up. It looks good now, but will need to keep something inside from now on to fix the problem. It was cheap, so you know how the saying goes …….
