hort & Sweet: It looks very nice. It's tall, the fake metal somehow looks very nice and feels fine. It's just particularly flimsy. Every time you open it you feel like it'll fall apart. The bag 13 gallon does not fit. To small. hard to get in and the prongs that hold everything into place seem to pop off at all times you are working with them. Once it's put together it's fine, but then getting out the bag and putting in the new one - the flimsiness of the top part intervenes again to the point where I feel like it'll be an ongoing problem that will probably get worse. It's not the worst I've ever purchased and it's quite good looking, just wish it was functioning better.

Arrived when scheduled. Lightweight. I originally ordered a stainless model which did not do the trick, and cost a lot more. This is slimline and fits in my small kitchen well. It's easy to use; step on to lift lid and lid shuts smoothly and soundlessly on its own. far better access than the small one under my sink used to. The one slight difficulty is that when bag is full, it's somewhat difficult to lift out without the "arms" getting in the way. All in all an excellent buy.

Great value on this item. As others note, yes it is lightweight plastic and moves around. I already had a plastic Rubbermaid flip-top trash can, so I am used to plastic bins. I did not want to spend $$$ or move heavy metal bin. I have an L-cut out between my kitchen counter edge and the dining room wall, and wanted something narrow and rectangular that would fit there without sticking out into the walkway. The Curver bin fits perfectly, and looks super compact despite being the full 13-14gal capacity. Had no issues with the flip-up arms that hold the bag in place, but I generally don't over-stuff the trash or rip the bag out all crazy. If the little arm ball pops out of the socket just pop it back in and slow down lol.
