Can this be applied with a power washer?

Yes you can if you have heavy deposits. Don't mix it with the water in the power washer. Mix it in a spray bottle, apply to surface, and rinse with power washer.

I am restoring an old motorcycle, will this work well for cleaning old, dirty aluminum cases?

I'm not sure if the item mentioned will restore aluminum to the outcome your looking for. Instead it might be better if you repolished the aluminum.

If cleaning aluminum siding will it kill shrubbery thats below the siding?

Hi Kelly, Full stop! Don't use this on anything but raw aluminum. It's acidic and will wreck the coating on the siding. You asked about the bushes, if you do try it, the bushes will be fine as long as they are acidic loving bushes like evergreens and other woody plants. It's a fantastic product but please, don't use it on your siding!
