The back of this chair is very comfortable and also, it sits deep (for those of us with a roomy posterior). However, my husband who is more average sized finds this chair extremely uncomfortable in the seat area. He works from home and the chair was originally intended for him. In the end, we swapped chairs with my work chair to avoid having to return it. I work primarily on my feet so an occasional computer sit is all I do in this chair.

The chair is only ok and would be considered a basic entry into gaming chairs. The neck support pillow is attached with a Velcro strap and doesn’t hold its position well. The lower back massage has a plug in for on and disconnect for off. The leg support for ‘napping’ does not feel very strong or capable of supporting my legs for very long, just resting my legs on them feels like they’ll break any moment so I don’t use it. The arm rests are NOT adjustable and have little to no cushions for your elbow, actually on the right it feels as though there is a bolt that is popping up into my right elbow or it was a piece of the injection molding that was not removed properly. The cushion of the seating itself is average at best and doesn’t feel supportive for long gaming sessions. The lift feature is ok with at most 4-6” of lift, but the recline feature is actually pretty good.Assembly was easy I got it together and it works for what I need, being all black it has a semi-professional look for video meetings.

I got to buy a pillow for my butt but is really good if you work remote

So the chair is nice, easy to assemble, slightly comfortable. Only issue is the seat of my chair has this metal rod that is in the cushion itself and sticks out and pokes my leg. Seems like it got installed wrong because the other side is fine. Won't be long until it rubs through the fabric and is exposed but other than that it's a good chair.

I’d like to think I’m a semi intelligent person and more than capable of putting together an office chair myself. But there were no instructions included like at all. You can find assembly instructions on the brand website but they are so vague. Also might have just received a faulty package but no hardware was included no screws. But the actual chair seems really nice. Unfortunate that I need to return and go through the hassle of reordering and waiting longer to receive another chair.

I love just kicking back in this chair with the footrest. It’s a huge relief for my lower back pain especially with the lumbar pillow that I can adjust. Or if I just pull out the footrest for a little extra room I can sit cross cross applesauce with no problems. The only thing I would change is what others have said - adding more padding to the seat. I have a bony tush and there are a couple of rods in the seat that I can feel. But for the deal I got, I can just add an extra cushion

The chair is comfy but came with the hydraulics broken. Just sinks every time I try to put it up so I can sit higher.

I like the chair it's cute and gives really good support but the cushion is a little hard. The massager is great though.
