I haven't received mine as well. I should have heard something by now so I'm going to assume they don't send you a gift card or free product. It's to bad because the product is good.

if you use this on a daily basis, how long does the product last?

I would say a couple hours, also you put it on..wait a couple minutes as instructions say, then if you put any type of foundation or concealer .. i feel you totally lose any of the anti wrinkle effect.
