4C Premium Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Seasoned, 12 Ounces (Pack of 1)

These are delicious bread crumbs even if you are not gluten free. My husband isn't gluten free and he loves them too. We enjoy breading eggplant in these and air or deep frying. Excellent! Give them a try!

I use these bread crumbs when cooking for my family, since my niece can't have gluten. They taste pretty darn good! You can really taste the pecorino romano, and that's a good thing since it's probably my favorite cheese. Keep in mind these don't taste like breadcrumbs exactly, but they are a good substitute. I've used them with stuffed mushrooms and breaded chicken cutlets. The cutlets in particular were fantastic.

These aren’t really what you would call “ bread crumbs” and I didn’t think I would like them, but I really do! They are really good. If you can , buy just one and try them.

Simply delicious! I use this blend in place of regular bread crumbs and no one knows the difference. I use it to bread chicken, fish, eggplant and pork. I put it in meatballs and meatloaf. It is delicious and makes being gluten free a bit easier!

I love 4C gluten Bread crumbs. My grand daughter has celiacs and has to be very careful with Gluten. I now make our favorite meatloaf using the product. Even better than the Italian bread crumbs. I know use to shake and back on fish. Best product on the market wish it was in the markets here in So Calif.

I used this to make homemade GF chicken nuggets and they were a hit. I also used it for fried green beans. Glad I found the GF bread crumbs.

This is a really terrific product - not only is it gluten free so it's safe for people like me to consume it - but it also has a really nice texture so it's easy to coat fish or chicken! It also has a really great flavour with the Italian seasonings. I will definitely buy this brand again when I run out! I've also used some of this in place of bread when making hamburger patties.

If you make chicken parmesan with this, you are going to be the hit of the year. I use this mostly for chicken parm. breading and its insane how good this is for that.

Great taste and price

These have to be the best gluten free bread crumbs we’ve tried. We’ve used them for breaded chicken cutlets, shrimp and rice balls. The only thing you need to be aware is that it’s not dairy free as it has cheese in it.
