Ok when you first get the watch you need the brandfit app!This you use to connect the watch to your phone.I posted a picture of the app.To change the watch face to a hands watch you go to the clock display.Press and hold.The watch face will get small.Now swipe left.If you want a different face you can upload one from the brandfit app.It's a great fitness tracker.It is not like watches you get from the phone stores!It is however a cool watch with earbuds built in!How cool is that?To attach the bands look closely at the pins.One side has a tiny pin you can catch with a fingernail.Put the opposite end in the watch in the tiny hole where the band goes.Now pull the tiny pin down , slide the band into place and release the pin.Wiggle the band a bit till it locks in.Easy peasy!If you want a good watch/fitness tracker and music on the go this is it!Phone calls sound great and the person you called has no isuue hearing you so it works how a Bluetooth headset too!I'm really impressed with the quality and price!My wife has an expensive samsung smart watch, and yes it does more than this one, but she likes my watch better!Also the watch has no audible alarm just vibrates.It does have a find my phone feature that is just awesome!I have no complaints at all!

Would give a 0 star if I could didn't do anything it says it does and was impossible to connect to my phone then when I got it connected it would disconnect from the phone or the app and no message notification came in and can't respond to the at all I sent it back. The head phones died so fast. was not worth the money.

I would expect great things from them in the future. Because the sound quality is amazing but there are some bugs that need to be worked out. Like some clipping/lost of audio every now and again. Also I can't leave Bluetooth on with headphones charging in the watch. Because for some reason they'll kick on and try to play. I get about an hour out of one headphone and a hour 10 minutes on the other one. The actual smart watch itself isn't all that great either. Only 3 optional faces to choose from but it's stuck on military time. The sound quality is amazing tho. Mostly in part to them canceling so much outside noise.

Es bueno pero a mi en particular no me gustó pues los audífonos son d3masiado pequeños y se quedo atorado en el oído de mi esposo y se le mojo con lluvia y no funcionó más. La carga si dura bastante.

This is the perfect watch for anyone, the displays are clear and easy to read, bluetooth is a cinch. Once connected everything can be monitored through your watch even messages, on the move with your active life or out for a leisurely run you can equip the earphones and listen to music or send and receive messages but that’s not all it will also keep count of your paces, monitor your heartbeats, blood pressure and in the unlikely event you misplaced your phone this watch will locate it for you. This truly is an amazing watch.

Just received these fresh out of the box and while I like the idea, this is a poor execution. For starters only one of the earbuds work with the other refusing to charge. The watchface for the earbuds battery is inaccurate with the media player app not even working. I'll probably continue to use them until I can find an adequate replacement.

The watch just stopped working. The product is not durable. I want a refund
