I ordered this not knowing what to expect. You can’t expect this to perform like military grade night vision. For camping hunting or just messing around in the dark I was extremely impressed with how well this worked and ordered 2 more for my boys to have fun with. Very simple to use and great for the price!

I really like this night vision monocular, it is the best model they sell. Works amazingly, especially at night, BUT it is NOT "no-glow infrared" for night vision as they claim, you can see it glow red brightly!! Also, NO SD Card, which is sad, especially when the older cheaper model comes with one. Overall, best affordable night vision and day vision monocular you can buy!

The big issue I have is how terrible these would be to mount, and that's sort of the point of a unit that is meant to be helmet mountable. You have to hold the unit at least 5" from your eye, and that's not really what the product images would seem to imply.The night vision itself is great, and the units are very light, although quite large. If you were to want to helmet mount these, you would presumably want them much closer to your eye than would be an option. If you put them close to your eye, you won't be able to make out the otherwise very clear screen, and they will light your face right up.I'm going to keep mine, because they do have their uses, and were a very good price. However, if you want to mount nv, you'll want to buy something else.If it weren't for the inability to be mounted as advertised, I would give this a 4 or 5. My thing us that the mounting issue is a pretty big issue.

Lite enough to carry long periods of time. Battery lasted a sufficient amount of time. Once you get used to the buttons and figure out where and what they do it’s simple to use. I only needed it to work for 50 yards so it worked fine for me. But you have to give yourself time to get used to it overall I think it’s a good product

Waste of money. Quality is terrible and you can only see like a foot in front of you

This ir mono scope is perfect for everyday sight seeing, but during the night it shows it's main function to see in the dark far away. One down fall is that it needs a SD card to save images and vidio. Also it has a standard mounting hole for trypod ,that how I use mine. Be warned you may see unexplainable things in the dark. EYES

I do a lot of exploring when it's really dark and it's hard to see especially in the woods

I had to figure out how to use this product. The USER MANUAL was not detailed enough to be helpful. I went on YouTube for help, but the night-vision models on YouTube were not the same and not much help. I gave it a one-star rating for EASY TO USE because I had to figure out how to use it.This product came with a USB and USB cable. I found where to plug in the USB cable for charging and data transfer. I still do not know why the USB was included. There is no place to plug it in or instructions on what to do with it. The USER GUIDE does not mention the USB.The USER GUIDE mentions a Micro SD card and how to install it, but it is not included in the package. I was impressed with the features once I learned how to use them. This product is good value for the price.
