Excellent quality. Already bought a few times, will continue to buy this brand. It has such a great taste! We've tried many brands of carob powder. It does matter, because some may be more acidic in taste. This one, lightly roasted, organic carob powder from Terrasoul superfoods is amazing, great quality and value! Try it, you won't regret it!

Not Cocoa Powder
I'm so bummed out. I feel like there was a bait and switch. I searched for Cocoa powder, which I buy all the time, and this came up on my search. It isn't cocoa powder. It is Carob powder and the algorithm shouldn't have offered it as a choice. I didn't notice the error and ordered it. It is not returnable. And to make matters worse, it was sold in a pack of 4. I have absolutely no use for this product... a few days later. I upped the stars because the seller sent me a very kind note. I buy a LOT of Terrasoul products and they have all been great. I was more annoyed with the Amazon algorithm.

Not my flavor but the neighbors love it.
I thought this was going to be so yummy because I have LPR and can’t drink chocolate…(which I love) I thought this would replace the hot chocolate but It’s not something that my tongue enjoys. Not the companies fault. I gave it to a neighbor and she likes it. She thinks it’s a good quality Carob..

With stevia makes super healthy chocolate milk
Dump a cup of this with a sweetener into a container of A2 milk and shake to harness the amazing health benefits of the polyphenols in this product to aid weight loss. Yummy chocolate milk, but far superior in its healthy benefits over regular chocolate milk. Could use allulose instead of stevia for an equally low glycemic index health drink.

I do not recommend
I would NOT recommend this item. It has an after taste that is hard to take kind of bitter earth. Also the polyphenols which are prevelant in carob are only released with roasting. As a bakery, I highly recommend Chattfields for smooth taste and truest chocolate flavor. I will not be ordering Terrasouls organic carob again, shame too because I am a proponent of organic, but taste comes first on this one.
