Very good quality and love the fact that you can take the level of stretch up and down by removing one or two of the links to adjust the height

This provided instant and I mean instant relief. Such a great stretch if you use all the levels. This is not comfortable by any means and the material is very hard but it provides a deep stretcher and loosens you up. I don’t recommend if you have disc issues but muscle tightness and soreness this works wonders. It’s going to take getting used too I will admit especially in the beginning but it gets better. Highly recommend

This thing actually helps more than I expected. Not magic, not a replacement for mobility work or medical care, but definitely great to have around for recovery and back tightness. My husband keeps stealing it, so apparently I need to buy another one.

I used it one time and can feel the difference. It is hard. Material is sturdy. My legs cramped. But I know to stretch first. Durable. Easy to use. I like that you can adjust for height. I will report in a month and let you know.
