SHEGLAM 2 In 1 Black Volume and Length Waterproof Mascara Long Lasting Dual-Ended Tubing Eye Makeup

I am shocked. Shooketh. Shaken to the core that a $6 mascara can look this good. I have bought around 10 different mascaras ranging from $10-40 trying to find a good burgundy color, it's the absolute best color for a rich ginger hair color and green eyes like me. Black and even brown are too dark, and make it look obvious I'm wearing makeup, while a nice burgundy helps me pull off the no-makeup makeup look. The "clean girl" if you want to call it that. I don't do heavy stuff, no contouring or even foundation, just mascara, a bit of eyebrow pencil, a very light pink brown matte eyeshadow and a liquid blush like Rare Beauty blended up into my hairline and across my nose. Anyways. This mascara made my lashes look fuller, longer and just outstanding. No clumping, smooth formula that only needed one coat for a very natural look. For a little more impact I did the voluming side first, then the lengthening. WOW 😲 I've never been so impressed with a first use of a mascara...it's usually a few uses until the wand isn't so overloaded with product that it gets the lashes too wet. Not with this mascara, it was perfect out the gate. Gorgeous, easy application giving all the necessary volume and length I need from a mascara. I'm buying like 10 more right now 🤣 I don't even expect to get a month of use from one so I'll report back on this when the first tube runs out. I wouldn't be mad if this lasted like 2-3 weeks at this price LOL

I did not expect this mascara to be so good. First of all, the shape of the big wand fits my lashes perfectly, even my bottom lashes. Secondly, being a very pale redhead, brown and black mascara just do not work on me. They usually look too dark for my skin and it looks unnatural. But lastly, when they say waterproof, they mean it. This stuff stayed on during the incredible humidity that plagued the Def Leppard concert in mid August in Florida at an outdoor venue. This mascara held true when others wouldn't. I've tried enough to know. It comes off very easily with cold cream. So I recommend this mascara very highly. Being a redhead with invisible lashes, I usually use a primer before putting my regular mascara on, but I didn't need it with this mascara, it gave me great lashes without the primer. I was in a hurry the first time I tried this and didn't use the primer, and got great results. Then the next time I used it, I did use the primer. Big mistake, it made a huge mess. I will definitely buy this mascara again, the price is great and since I don't need the primer, it's a real time saver too.

Well…it’s Sheglam. In the past, I only used my goto brands, NARS, Mac, Laura Mercier, Trish Mcevoy. Sheglam stands toe to toe with all of these. It is a fraction of the cost, yet very high quality. As far as this mascara, I would rate a 100% match to my old mascara, Thrive. Easy to apply and the look is always flawless.

I do love this mascara. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because after hours of wear it does tend to flake a little. It’s not a huge issue because I usually wash it off before that happens because it takes a long time to do it. Out of all the waterproof mascaras I have tried (which is A LOT) this is the only one that doesn’t give me raccoon eyes when I use it on my bottom lashes. This is important to me as a natural blonde my eyelashes are not dark so when I wear falsies I feel so incomplete without my bottom lashes done! Disclaimer!!! I have fake eyelashes on in the photo! I am showing you this pic so you can see how good it works on the BOTTOM lashes. No raccoon eye and makes them long and black!

Okay I have red hair so my eyelashes do not seem to exist. They do, they just don't look like they do. And I do find that they are thin and never seem to look full. I've thought about using lashes but they just seem like way too much work and I have no idea how to even start with that. This mascara, let me tell you man! My eyelashes look so full and I love it. Full and long! And I only use the one thicker side. Sometimes I feel like I might have put too much on that I should have used the other side because they are so full. I'm not used to that. I love it! The mascara stays on. Full sentence. I sweat, yes I'm not a woman that perspires very daintily. I sweat. So makeup can sometimes be challenging for me. Waterproof is always the way to go with mascara for me anyway because of this. But this? Amazing. Or how do they sayitt nowadays? Chef's kiss

Amazing!!!! I had very low expectations for this mascara, most mascaras I try highly disappoint. I usually wear Beauty Counter, previously Tarte and Mac. I work construction and my routine consists of sunscreen and mascara (if anything). This mascara is most definitely an equal contender to all the aforementioned at a fraction of the cost. It is EASY and FAST therefore a 10/10 and instantly makes me happy since I don’t have to fuss with it to make it look decent. Pros: very easy and fast to apply. Goes on thin and builds very very easily. No clumping or need to build carefully. I applied in the dark in my vehicle this morning at 5am while waiting for my gas to pump. Yesterday I applied only the lengthening side (photo in front of truck grill). Today I have both applied. First volume and finished with length side. With my job, I get very dirty and sweaty and this mascara didn’t run at all and washing off at night did not sting whatsoever. HUGE win! Cons: none so far! I like that the blue when applying several layers is really pops but getting it off is difficult. Be careful if you rub your eyes,it will flake off a little but will also leave lashes clumped together. It dries fast which does make applying multiple layers difficult. For the price i don't think its fully worth it but its suppose to be cruelty free so there's some reason to get it. I don't use primer for lashes so I don't know if that will improve overall look ,feel and removal.

It lasts really long which is really nice and it makes it natural kinda. I use it at school for 8 hours and it held up just don’t touch or scratch ur eyelashes and it’s very easy to remove!!

Finally a waterproof brown mascara that actually holds the curl in my naturally long straight lashes! I love the hourglass shaped brush especially, and I intend on just flipping the wands once I’m done with the first side of the tube. Lengthens well and provides plenty of volume with a couple of coats, and like I said it actually holds the curl in my lashes. This is such a great buy, I highly recommend it
