I was tired of thin glass french presses. I am so happy I decided to buy this one. It never breaks, cleans easily and keeps my coffee warm for a longer timeI do recommend it.

We kept breaking our glass French press, so we gave this a try. Doesn't hold quite as much as the glass press, but we get two big mugs of coffee from it, and that works for us. Easy to use and easy to clean. Keeps the coffee warmer for longer than the glass one did. We have noticed no difference in taste by using a metal carafe. Liked it so much we bought a second one to take camping.

High quality product. I purchased this because I needed an insulated pot for camping. It works well, but definitely keeps coffee hotter is prewarmed. If you can, leave boiling water for 20/30 minutes in the pot and throw a hand towel over the top (as it doesn’t completely seal)I like my coffee hot! However, I’m giving it 5 starts because it totally meet my needs. Durable and clean!

Glass is beautiful, but its expensive, breaks very easily and DOES NOT retain the heat. This is my second stainless steel double walled one. I gave away my first and upgraded to a larger size.The handle is a little funny with a bit of an angle, so astetically it bothers me a bit, but not enough for me to replace it. This press came with extra filter and a scoop which was a nice bonus!
