If you have chosen a unit with the mask, you MUST contact us immediately after placing the order if you want to choose what we got in stock, otherwise we reserve a right to ship you a mask of our choice. Power supply works with any voltage system in the world you just need to use appropriate power cord. Unit is shipped with US power cord. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee that machine, its features or the therapy itself will work for you. We cannot be held liable for the manufacturer's advertisement claims. All machines that we sell come with full 2-year in-house warranty, however if you need to return your machine, we offer a 30-day return on all new machines. If you want to try a machine or a mask, we highly encourage you to rent them from your local dealer before you buy from us (we charge return fees). Our products are shipped from USA.
