Perfect replacement for Levolor blinds!
I am so glad I found this little part! The tilt cord on my Levolor blinds from Lowes stopped working after almost 10 yrs, and when I priced replacing the custom blinds and still having to manually remove slats etc I googled how to repair and so glad I found this inexpensive replacement part. Be sure to get the right shape hole (most of the others I saw on Amazon were NOT the right shape for my need) AND to measure the size of the rail head - I did and this was a perfect fit. Didn't come with instructions, but I emailed the vendor as they suggested, and they pointed me to a video with the instructions. Very easy to replace after I saw the video. Plus it comes with the cord, which is not stated in the ad. So no need to buy a cord! Great part!

Great replacement for original..
Was worried that I was going to have to buy a new blind at $100 but this worked perfectly. Was easy to install and replaced the original. Size a dimension were the exact as the original. I have the same blinds everywhere in my house so I just ordered 2 spares just in case these disappear at some point.

Must buy for levelor blinds
Ok I bought a house a few months ago. They had levelor blinds. All the blinds tilt did not work at all. Tried to get them going and none would budge. Bought these on a whim. They came earlier then expected and it fit my levelor blinds perfect. I mean perfect. I used the string that came with the levelor blinds and restrung using the new tilt mechanism. Did 8 of them and all fit perfect and worked. Blinds tilt perfect now. The piece fit on perfect, all the holes matched up and snapped in.Did not have to spend the money and buy new levelor blinds. The ones I have are pretty expensive. Must buy if your tilt mechanism is rusted, broken, no more grease for it to move. Thank you to who whoever made this.

Saved A LOT Of Money!
The gear stripped on my cord pull. I have a large front picture window. The cord pull had been getting harder to operate for months. It finally stopped working altogether. The local window covering company told me I would have to replace the entire blind at a cost of about $260! I thought that was absolutely crazy! Being very mechanically inclined, I removed the blind and took a look to see if there was anything I could do to get it working again. When I saw what the problem was and how easy it was to remove the little gearbox, I decided to see if I could buy just the gearbox and not an entire blind. A few clicks on Amazon and I ran into this little jewel! It looks just a bit different that the original, (the cord pullies look a little different) but it fits and mounts exactly the same.It is now several weeks since I installed this replacement and my blinds are functioning perfectly!

Great idea
This was used to change opening my blinds from a wand to a pull string. It was easy to install. It is made of hard plastic. It works well.

Saved my custom wood blinds!
I took down my 66 inch wide custom wood blinds planning to throw them in the trash because they would no longer tilt open and closed. Then it occurred to me to try to replace the tilt mechanism. Fortunately this fit perfectly as a replacement. My daughter had to find a you tube video on how to thread this particular type mechanism since it threads differently than my original. Also, my old cord was too thick to fit through this new mechanism, so I used a thinner string. Once we figured this out, it was a very quick and easy fix. Now my blinds open and close easily! This saved me a lot of money since replacing large custom blinds is expensive.
