Today has been 1 week exactly that I’ve started taking and I’ve lost 2lbs so far to some may not be much but when you’ve been stuck for years it’s a good start

This has been a great product for my brain. I’ve taken it for years and it works.

These can help with maintenance when having those heavy carb cheat days! I don’t seem to get as bloated after a meal when I take them.

They're not as effective as other brands I've tried but it does help a little. I think the recommended amount to take doesn't make sense. They tell you max you can have in a day is 4 but tell you take 3 before your meal. So if you cheat twice you can't take more than 4.. I usually have one or two before a cheat meal and it does okay.

I'm sure if I had an easier time swallowing pills and could have taken this more often right before meals, I would have seen more of a difference. But I can say that this along with my morning coffee did a wonderful job at curbing my appetite for several hours and even afterwards, I found way less inclined to snack on junk food or eat excessively.

It does help with digestion, and that was one of my biggest issues
