Why dont you correct label? Mine says 3 at a time, not 2.

It depends on your carb intake, you can take 2or 3 a day not to exceeds 4pills

Yes it does. I’ve been using it id religiously. You have to take 3 pills immediately before you eat. Also this doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want but if your following a keto diet or just a low carb diet and if you eat something that has some carbs in it or you want to sneak a cookie or a little pasta it definitely does prevent you from kicking yourself out of ketosis.
